  • RiseUP does not store or have access to full payment information.

  • RiseUP retains all rights to its name, branding, murals, curricula, and digital content.

    • To send SMS reminders related to consultations, donations, events, or programs (only if you opt in).

    • To provide updates you have requested.

    • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

    • All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

  • SMS Communication:

    • By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages strictly related to your scheduled consultations or RiseUP programs.

    • We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or personal information to third parties.

    • Message frequency: Typically 1–2 reminders per appointment or event.

    • Standard message and data rates may apply.

    • You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or contacting us at [insert email].
